  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon (to season the chicken)

  • Salt: 1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil: a tablespoon

  • Shawarma Spices: 1 teaspoon

  • Cardamom: half a teaspoon

  • Lemon juice: a tablespoon

  • Tortilla bread: 6 loaves

  • Mozzarella cheese: a quarter cup

  • Cream: a box

  • Cream cheese: a box

  • Garlic powder: a quarter of a teaspoon

  • Potatoes: 1 piece (cut into circles and fried)

  • Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Season the chicken with salt, shawarma spices, cardamom, yogurt, garlic powder, olive oil and lemon juice, and leave it aside for an hour in the refrigerator.
